EFFECTIVE AFTERCARE
As an experienced electronics service provider, Styromat AG also provides effective support for your products after they have been supplied and can if you so wish take charge of various support issues during the product life cycle. In this context, we are pleased to support you with targeted measures.

With our services in the aftersales area, we can support your products after the successful conclusion of the manufacturing stage. Services such as checks, repairs, upgrades, updates and further calibration, programming, etc. are all possible.

Entirely in accordance with your needs, we keep a defined quantity of spare parts or key components in stock to ensure that your products can still be repaired long after the warranty period has ended.

We are able to monitor critical components for you in respect of their delivery lead times, and can let you know in good time when it would be advisable to source new ones.

With our in-house Engineering department, we are able to check your products on an ongoing basis to ensure that all components are up-to-date and, if any get discontinued, we can make small modifications in consultation with you and update the manufacturing documentation.

In dialogue with you, we can give you a last opportunity to order relevant components (last time buy) to pre-empt delivery bottlenecks after production of those components has been phased out.
